5 Steps To Conquering Male Hair Loss...

5 Steps To Conquering Male Hair Loss...
 by: Dave Klein

Would you like to know how to conquer your hair loss problem?
Well, here are the 5 critical steps that have been followed by every single guy who has ever conquered their hair loss problem...
LISTEN TO ME: If you want to conquer your hair loss, then what do you think you need to do?
That's right, YOU MUST follow these same steps. There is no question about it...
So, without further ado, here goes...
Critical Step #1: YOU MUST understand why YOUR hair loss is occuring. Otherwise, to put it politely – You have no hope!
Critical Step #2: YOU MUST be equipped with the most powerful treatments and techniques on the planet. This is not any easy task – sifting through hundreds of scam treatments to find one or two "real deal" treatments is like finding a needle in a haystack...
Critical Step #3: YOU MUST develop a treatment regime. A treatment regime is a combination approach towards hair loss. See, if you just take 1 approach, you'll be throwing all your eggs in one basket! You also need to choose treatments that you are personally comfortable with using. There are upsides and downsides to every treatment...
Critical Step #4: YOU MUST develop a plan of action, and decide which treatments to include in your regime. Then you need to get hold of these treatments at reasonable prices. And boy, there is a gigantic range in prices for the same ingredients!
Critical Step #5: YOU MUST commit to a plan and then find an effective way to track your results. It's the only way that you'll know whether your treatment regime is working...
The bottom line? Conquering your hair loss problem will take a little effort, but believe me, its worth it...

Fix Your Problem with Food

Fix Your Problem with Food
 by: Ayurvedic Cure

1) Problem: Your knees ache
Prescription: A bowl of lightly steamed, mixed vegetables 3 times a day.
The more cooked vegetables you eat, the lower your risk of developing arthritis, says Greek study. Researchers analysing the diets and health of 330 people found that those who ate the most cooked vegetables were 75 less likely to develop arthritis and those who consumed the least. One possible reason: Heat destroys the vegetables' cell walls, allowing your body to absorb more of the nutrients that would otherwise pass through your system.
2) Problem: Your gums bleed when you brush your teeth
Prescription: An Amla daily http://www.ayurvediccure.com/amla.htm
Inflammed gums hurt, and they can also mean you aren't getting enough vitamin C. When you don't get enough C, collagen in your body starts to break down. And that process starts in your gums. Amla has the maximum vitamin C among fruits.
3) Problem: The world is a constant blur
Prescription: An egg a day
Just opening your eyes can make you susceptible to disease. Basic elements like light and oxygen increase a person's chances of developing vision problems such as cataracts. But eating an egg or half a cup of cooked greens everyday gives you enough lutein to delay the formation of vision problems by year.
4) Problem: Your breath stinks
Prescription: Eight glasses of water throughout the day
Instead of sucking on breath mints, keep a bottle of water by your side. Bad breath is caused by sulfur compounds in your mouth, and sipping water frequently helps wash away those compound and trigger the production of breath-neautrilizing saliva.
5) Problem: You have high blood pressure
Prescription: A glass of orange juice and a glass of milk daily.
Increasing the amount of potassium and calcium in your diet will significantly lower your blood pressure, whether it's elevated or not. The minerals protect your kidneys from high levels of sodium, a known hypertension risk. Milk provides the calcium while orange juice is a good source of potassium and vitamin C.
According to English researchers, people with the most vitamin C in their bloodstreams are 40 per cent less likely to die of heart disease than people with lower levels of nutrients.
6) Problem: You're starting to go bald
Prescription: Lean mutton
According to a study from Australia, men who ate lean cuts of red meat were less likely to go bald than those who ate fatty cuts of meat. Another plus: Red meat is an excellent source of zinc. Not getting enough zinc can lead to sudden hair loss.
7) Problem: Your LDL has gone to hell
Prescription: An apple a day.
Natural antioxidants in apples help reduce your risk of heart disease. Researchers at the University of California had 25 men and women drink a glass of apple juice everyday for 6 weeks. At the end of the trial, it took 20 per cent longer for bad LDL cholesterol in the volunters' blood streams to oxidize and cause trouble. The longer it takes for cholesterol to oxidize, the lower your overall risk of heart disease.
8) Problem: Everyone but you ha a cold
Prescription: As much garlic as you can stomach http://www.ayurvediccure.com/garlic.htm
The second you notice that familiar tickle in your throat, pop a clove of garlic. Garlic has powerful antiviral properties that fight infections. Just a couple of cloves of garlic, mixed into food, will jump-start your immune system and improve your chances of fighting off an illness. If you have to continue the garlic-heavy diet for more than a few days, stick to tomatoey foods or drink a glass of tomato juice with each meal. Acids in the tomatoes will neutralize the odour-causing oils in the garlic.
9) Problem: You've got diarrhoea
Prescription: A glass or two of wine
Milk of Magnesia should have been the obvious recommendation, but it tastes awful. According to one study, drinking a glass or two of wine is just as effective at controlling diarrhoes as taking a single dose of most over-the-counter remedies because of a compound called bismuth subsalicylate found in high levels in both red and white wine. The substance appears to prevent diarrhoea by slowing or stopping the growth of bacteria like Salmonella and E.coli before tehy can make you any sicker.
10) Other Problems you can cure with Food ( But not by eating it)
Repair Dry Skin: Try rubbing a small amount of sesame or corn oil over dry skin on your hands or feet, to add moisture and seal it into the area.
Treat Poison Ivy: Got Itching? Get milk. Soaking a kerchief in cold milk and then holding it on your skin will dry out the rash of poison ivy and help ease the itch.
Soothe a Sunburn: To stop the itch and burn, mix together a bit of dry oatmeal and cool water. Make it slightly slushier than if you were going to eat it, and spread the mixture carefully on your sunburned skin. This will relieve the pain and help reduce swelling.

Flax Oil Seed Uses

Flax Oil Seed Uses
 by: Raj Khatri

FLAXSEED OIL
Latin name: Linum usitatissimum
Other names for Flaxseed include: Flax, Flachs, Grain de Lin, and Lini semen.
Flaxseed oil is an herbal medicine taken by mouth for constipation (difficulty having a bowel movement), irritable bowel, inflammation (swelling and soreness) of the colon, stomach inflammation, and for bowels damaged by the frequent use of laxatives. Flax may be placed on the skin to treat redness and pain. Animal experiments suggest an ability to reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Some researchers think that lignans in the seeds may have cancer-fighting effects.
It is believed that flaxseed oil offers a myriad of health benefits through supplementation. Recent research indicates that flaxseed oil may have the ability to reduced blood pressure, lower level of harmful cholesterol, offer both estrogen-like and anti-estrogenic effects and is being studied for it ability to protect against cancer.
Flaxseed is used throughout the world for food, medicine, and fiber to make clothes, and many other consumer goods products. Historically, flaxseed has been used to treat a number of conditions including heart disease and has been used as an anti-inflammatory agent to treat a number of other conditions as well.
Flaxseed has some estrogen-like effects and also possible anti-estrogenic effects, both of which have been studied for possible protection against certain types of breast and prostate cancers. However, when these effects were tested in several laboratory studies and a few human studies, the results were inconclusive. In some of the studies, flaxseed products appeared to prevent or delay cancer, while in other research the incidence and/or progression of cancer seemed to be increased. Additional studies are underway to assess further the effects of flaxseed and flaxseed oil on breast and prostate cancers and on menopausal symptoms.
More recently, flaxseed has been studied for its potential to prevent kidney damage in individuals who have an autoimmune condition known as systemic lupus erythematous (SLE). Some evidence from animal studies and human case reports supports the use for SLE, but more studies are needed before flaxseed can be recommended for this use.
Special Cautions
When using Flaxseed as a laxative be sure to take it with plenty of water to reduce the risk of an intestinal blockage. When taking it for inflammatory bowel conditions, allow it to swell in water before use.
Special Information If You Are Pregnant or Breastfeeding
No harmful effects are known.
Side Effects: Stop taking your medicine right away and talk to your doctor if you have any of the following side effects. Your medicine may be causing these symptoms which may mean you are allergic to it. Breathing problems or tightness in your throat or chest Chest pain Skin hives, rash, or itchy or swollen skin
FLAXSEED FACTS
Do flaxseed muffins fight breast cancer and prostate cancer? Should we all be eating flaxseeds and using flaxseed oil on our salads? Some people would say yes, and it's true that recent research on the potential health benefits of flax has been promising. But it pays to delve deeper.
The flax plant, an ancient crop, yields the fiber from which linen is woven, as well as seeds and oil. Flaxseed oil also comes in an edible form, sold mostly at health-food stores. Like olive, canola, and most other plant oils, it is highly unsaturated and heart-healthy. And flaxseeds have yet another very interesting component—lingams—which may have anti-cancer properties.
The heart-healthy side of flax
Besides lingams, flaxseeds and their oil are also the best food sources of an essential fatty acid, alpha-linolenic acid. "Essential" means we must consume it, because our bodies cannot manufacture it. Essential fatty acids are important for cell membranes, blood pressure regulation, and other functions. Alpha-lanoline acid is an omega-3, similar to some of the fatty acids in fish oil. Like aspirin, omega-3s may reduce blood clotting, thus lessening the chance of a fatal heart attack. Flaxseeds and their oil may also lower total blood cholesterol, as well as LDL ("bad") cholesterol. But that should come as no big surprise, since any highly unsaturated oil will do that, particularly if substituted for saturated fats. The fiber in flaxseeds may also help against cholesterol, since it is soluble (similar to that in oats).
Several population studies have linked a high intake of alpha-linolenic acid with a reduced risk of heart disease and/or death from heart disease. And a French study, as we reported in 1999, found that a diet relatively rich in alpha-linolenic acid greatly reduced the risk of second heart attacks. (The alpha-linolenic acid in that study did not come from flaxseeds, but from canola-oil margarine.) Besides flaxseeds and ca

Uses and Benefits of Acetyl L Carnitine

Uses and Benefits of Acetyl L Carnitine
 by: Raj Khatri

Carnitine Nutrition can play an important role in promoting brain wellness. The older we are, the more likely we are to suffer from cognitive loss. While some survive into their sixth and seventh decades with good mental function, this becomes less likely as we age further. Decline is almost universal in at least one cognitive area among those over .
Certain nutrients have also undergone examination for their role in promoting brain health in older adults. One of the most extensively researched nutrients for its role in promoting brain wellness is Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR). ALCAR has demonstrated marked positive effects on brain aging, both from a preventive and therapeutic standpoint.
There is also a great deal of evidence that age-related memory loss is cholinergic in nature. Therefore, maintaining healthy acetylcholine levels must be the centerpiece of any brain antiaging strategy. ALCAR levels decline markedly as we age, even in healthy adults. Restoring ALCAR levels to those seen in twenty-year olds may be desirable for older adults. Declining ALCAR levels may in fact be one of the causes of the cognitive decline seen with aging.
What other benefits does carnitine have?
Improved cognitive function - ALCAR plays a strong role in the brain in many ways, and has beneficial effects in many conditions including Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Studies in aged rodents show markedly improved memory and learning capacities, , while studies in younger rodents show a variety of promising effects as well. Other rodent studies have shown that ALCAR significantly protects the brain against a variety of stresses, such as ischemia and repurfusion and mitochondrial uncoupling. It also protects against peripheral nerve trauma, "almost eliminating neuron loss, and in vitro neuronal apoptosis. ALCAR also increases levels of dopamine, amino acids, and acetylcholine in the brain, as well as facilitating cholinergic activity.
Cardiovascular benefits - The carnitine have considerable potential in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Rodent studies with L-carnitine have shown decreased triglyceride and cholesterol levels and protection against arrhythmia and ischemia, and a study with ALCAR found a reversal of the age-related decline in mitochondrial function in the heart.
Improved hearing and visual function - Two animal studies indicate a significant reduction in noise-induced and age-induced hearing loss with ALCAR. One measured outer hair cell (OHC) density after three weeks of noise exposure, and found less than a 10% reduction with ALCAR as opposed to 60% with placebo, and noise induced threshold shifts were less than 10 dB in the ALCAR group as opposed to 30-35 dB with placebo. A six-week study with aged rats found ALCAR to improve auditory thresholds by upregulating mitochondrial function and reducing oxidative stress.
Reduced stress and depression - In rats, ALCAR protects against the decreases in dopamine and testosterone that normally occur after exposure to both acute and chronic stress and decreases other markers of stress, and no tolerance develops to this effect. Preliminary human studies in the elderly and those undergoing treatment for certain conditions indicate a reduction in depression and fatigue and an improvement in quality of life.
Are there any side effects?
Carnitine has no toxicity, teratogenicity, contraindications, or drug integrations. There are very few side effects associated with carnitine use, and no serious side effects have been reported (58, 64, 65). Some users report nausea or stimulation, but these tend to be transient and disappear with time (65). There are also many anecdotal reports of more vivid dreams.
Increasing Molecules Needed for Memory
ALCAR increases levels of nerve growth factor (NGF)--an important brain healing compound. In the central nervous system, nerve growth factor (NGF) protects cholinergic neurons. NGF helps increase levels of choline acetyltransferase (ChAT), which makes the valuable neurotransmitter acetylcholine. The aging process reduces both nerve growth factor levels and the ability of neurons to bind to this valuable cellular messenger. ALCAR ameliorates these age-related deficits, therefore demonstrating another way it naturally helps create more acetylcholine needed for neuronal transmission, learning, and recall. ALCAR has been found to optimize the response of the NMDA receptors and lessen their decline in number.
In summary, ALCAR has proven itself safe and effective in ameliorating the symptoms of cognitive loss in older adults, relieving depression, speeding stroke recovery, and slowing the progression of Alzheimer's disease. What are now needed are prospective, randomized trials of ALCAR in subjects who take it from middle age onward to see if ALCAR can prevent the cognitive loss in healthy adults.
Other Benefits of Acetyl-L-Carnitine Protects and Enhances Mitochondrial Function Enhances Immune Function and IGF-1 levels Protects against the loss and reduction in axonal transport of substance P Reduces HPA axis hyperactivity Increases hippocampal synaptic contact zones Protects against stress-induced neuroendocrine changes Enhances long-term memory Increases learning capacity Prevents age-related memory deterioration Helps maintain a normal number of both axosomatic synapses and giant bouton vesicles Increases membrane fluidity and counters the increase in membrane viscosity seen both in aging and in neuronal lipid peroxidation Protects cell membranes from physical stress Reduces lipofuscin accumulation in neurons Helps neurons remain energetic by using alternate energy sources such as lipids and ketones Increases the efficiency of neuronal transmission Protects against ischemia/reperfusion induced cellular damage and lowers lactic acid levels and speeds recovery from ischemic events Protects neuronal RNA from damage Helps maintain cholinergic transmission between neurons Protects against DNA breakage
We studied the effects of acetyl-L-carnitine on pain in 16 HIV+ patients affected by painful distal symmetrical neuropathy. Patients were treated with 0.5-1 gr per day of acetyl-L-carnitine either i.m. or i.v. for 3 weeks. Pain intensity was measured before and after the treatment by the Huskisson's analogic scale. Ten patients (62.5%)reported an improvement of symptoms, five patients (31.25%) were unchanged, one patient worsened. The results of this open study show that acetyl-L-camitine can have a role in the treatment of pain in distal symmetrical polyneuropathy related to HIV infection. However, further double-blind, placebo-controlled studies are needed to confirm these preliminary results.

Tooth Whitening - Is it all its hyped up to be?

Tooth Whitening - Is it all its hyped up to be?
 by: Marc Lindsay

So you are looking in the mirror this morning and what did you see?? Was it white bright beautiful teeth, or like the best part of the population were they looking a little dull?
Like most things in life teeth gradually fade to yellow in color. If you are an avid coffee, tea or red wine drinker then this will accelerate the process and may also stain your teeth.
It seems that almost every cosmetic company has tried to monopolize this industry with everything from whitening toothpaste to whitening strips. But there are only really two main options.
Take-home whitening systems using trays and whitening gel or in-office, for immediate whitening results using a light activated gel to brighten teeth.
How are the procedures used?
Take Home whitening kits
Take-home whitening has become wildly popular in recent times due to its flexibility and lower cost to in-house teeth whitening. The trade off is that it takes slightly longer to achieve the desired results (anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks)
This is accomplished by using a custom-made tray that is then layered with a prescription whitening gel 30mins to several hours at a time (dependent on how sensitive your teeth are).
Your dentist will make an appointment with you to take a custom impression which will then be used as a mold to make custom trays.
Once the whitening trays are ready you will have another appointment with your dentist where he will test them for a proper fit. Also the dentist will show the patient how to use the trays in conjunction with the whitening gel.
The whitening trays are quite comfortable to where and can easily be placed in before bedtime and taken out in the morning.
Usually you will also be given a tooth mouse which you apply after using the trays to help alleviate sensitive teeth that some people get when using the gels.
In-Office Whitening.
There are several in-office whitening systems on the market but for the scope of this article we will only discuss Zoom Tooth Whitening
The Zoom! Whitening Procedure
The Zoom! Whitening procedure is simple and painless. It begins with a short preparation to isolate your lips and gums. The Zoom! Clinician then applies the proprietary Zoom! Whitening Gel, this is activated by a specially designed light. Teeth typically become at least six to ten shades whiter, sometimes more. A five-minute fluoride treatment competes the procedure. You'll be amazed with the results. In most cases, teeth get even whiter the first few days after the procedure.
How The Zoom! Works
The Zoom! Light activated gel was developed after years of research by Discus Dental, the leaders in professional take-home tooth whitening. The gel is a scientifically formulated, pH balanced Hydrogen Peroxide that, when activated by the Zoom! Light, gently penetrates the teeth to remove deep stains and discoloration. With proper care and an occasional touch-up at home, your whiter smile will sparkle for years.
Who is eligible for tooth whitening?
Well that is just a matter of preference really, anyone who would like to whiten their teeth by up to ten shades. It is very common among wedding parties for nice white bright wedding photos. But it really does appeal to everyone.
Cost
The cost can vary from place to place but for take-home whitening this can be around $450 and in-house whitening using zoom can range from $500 - $1000 depending.
All in all there are many different ways to obtain that beautiful whiter smile but if you want to get the best value for your money visit your local dentist and ask about it

Hair Loss in Women

Hair Loss in Women
 by: Karen Brown

When people think of hair loss, most often it is balding men that come to mind. However, women lose hair as well. Although hair loss is less known in women, there are many options for prevention and treatment as with men. Sometimes the cause for hair loss is heredity – in both men and women – and other times the causes differ. Most often with women, hair loss occurs due to hormonal changes. A few months after giving birth, starting birth control pills, or ending menopause are various ways in which hormonal levels in women change. These changes lead to symptoms, including hair loss. Even though not all women suffer hair loss due to hormonal fluctuations, there are enough cases that triggered the markets to provide hair loss prevention and treatment options for women. In fact, hair loss in women is relatively common and more and more of these women are choosing to take action against hair loss by purchasing products that help prevent and/or treat hair loss.
On the market, there are products for hair loss geared toward men and women. For example, a hair loss prevention product for men, like an oral pill, may be offered to women in a lesser dosage. Hair loss vitamin supplements are available and are generally the same for men and women, considering that the nutrients that produce hair productivity – growth, repair, and healthiness – are similar in both men and women. Often times, if the cause of hair loss for a women is a change in hormones, altering the hormonal level may stop the hair loss. For example, when taking birth control pills, after a few months, women may notice hair loss. By not taking those pills, or switching to a brand with lower amounts of hormones, the hair loss may be prevented. This may also work for women who lose hair after having a baby. Once the body adjusts to the hormonal changes after a pregnancy, the hair loss may naturally stop. However, preventing hair loss, sometimes even in these cases, may not occur naturally. This is when hair loss prevention products help or hormonal regulations, such as pills and vitamins.
Overall, hair loss in men seems to be socially acceptable, whereas in women, it seems not to be as socially acceptable. Therefore, having available hair loss prevention and treatment products may help those women who are suffering from hair loss gain a sense of relief. Even as hair loss in women becomes known – becomes a common thing in society as many women suffer from hair loss – it may not reach the same socially accepted standard as male baldness and hair loss. The outcome, then, being that many of these women with hair loss will find means to treat this condition, rather than ignore the issue. Since the majority of hair loss in women is reversible, finding treatment and dealing with hair loss is generally a relatively easy task for women; and therefore, in most cases, they do not have to face the notion of becoming bald versus men who may not be able to reverse hair loss.
With the multiple types of treatment and prevention of hair loss, along with the fact that most cases of hair loss in women are reversible, many women are able to overcome hair loss, or at least attempt to overcome hair loss. Therefore hair loss in women may be a temporary condition, occurring during different phases of life – from young adulthood to old age – and may be caused by different sources – hormonal or heredity. Generally, women dealing with hair loss are doing so due to hormones and these women are able to find treatment. Those women suffering with hair loss due to genes may have a more difficult time in preventing hair loss. No matter the cause of the hair loss certain actions may be taken to prevent further damage to the hair, including using hair chemicals and tools, like hair dryers and curling irons, in moderation. Seeing as there are multiple factors in maintaining a healthy head of hair, women attempting to avoid or treat hair loss would benefit to watch out for harmful actions, like high stress and hair chemicals.

Does Fat Free Really Mean Free Of Fat?

Does Fat Free Really Mean Free Of Fat?
 by: Jerry Byler

Does fat-free really mean free of fat?
Do you know what the words really mean on food labels?
In this article, you'll discover everything you need to know about how to interpret food labels and make the right food choices.
So what does "fat-free" really mean?
To be labeled "fat-free", the food must contain less than Ѕ gram of fat per serving.
To be labeled "Low Fat", the food must contain 3 grams or less of fat per serving.
To be labeled "Reduced Fat", the food must be at least 25 percent lower in fat than a comparable food.
To be labeled "Light", the food must contain 1/3 fewer calories, OR Ѕ the fat OR 2/3 the sodium of a comparable food (but not necessarily all three!).
Some foods (especially meat and dairy products) appear to have less fat than they really do. For example, if a milk or cheese label reads 2% milk or 2% cheese, this means that 2 percent of the product volume (NOT the calories) comes from milk fat.
You can use a little math to discover how much fat these products actually contain.
First, find the total calories per serving and the fat calories per serving. For example if the total calories per serving are 80 and the fat calories per serving are 50, divide the fat calories per serving by the total calories per serving.
Then, multiply that number by 100 and you'll have the total percent of fat calories in the food. In this example, 50 fat calories divided by 80 total calories equals .625 times 100 equals 62Ѕ%. In this example, nearly 63 percent of the total calories of this food are from fat!
Also, using the math above, you can figure out how much fat that 2 percent milk, 2 percent cheese, 2 percent cottage cheese and lean ground beef contain. You'll probably discover these foods are mush "fatter" than you realized!
Trans fats should be avoided as much as possible as they can increase your risk of heart disease. Trans fats are also known as hydrogenated fats and are added to many processed foods including most baked foods (crackers, cookies, breads, etc.).
If the food contains trans fats, the ingredient label will usually read: contains hydrogenated oil OR partially hydrogenated oil OR vegetable shortening OR margarine. Avoid these foods like the plague!
By knowing how to read food labels and understanding the word "fat", you can purchase diet foods more wisely and lose weight successfully.

Paralysis and hemiplegic migraine

Paralysis and hemiplegic migraine
 by: James Cottrill

Those who think of migraine as "just a bad headache" may be surprised to hear about hemiplegic migraine, a type of migraine that can involve weakness or even paralysis on one side of the body. But those familiar with migraine know that it's much more than a headache. In fact, it's often not a headache at all! Migraine attacks involve a number of symptoms. Headache is a common one, but there can also be nausea, skin sensitivity, a sensitivity to light or sound, confusion or weakness.
Hemiplegic migraine is a specific type of migraine. Usually, it's divided into two types - sporadic hemiplegic migraine and familial hemiplegic migraine. BOth types are similar, the difference being that those with familial hemiplegic have a close relative that gets migraine with aura - particularly the symptom of weakness.
If you've got hemiplegic migraine, either familial or sporadic, you may experience: Sudden weakness or paralysis on one side of the body (temporary) Numbness, a pins-and-needles prickling sensation Difficulty speaking Headache
Headache and hemiplegic migraine may go together. This is considered to be one of the most severe forms of migraine, with reason. The sufferer can be incapacitate by an attack. This is good reason to see a doctor, and if diagnosed to make sure that you carry with you some sort of medical identification at all times.
There are other challenges when it comes to hemiplegic migraine. First, the number of severe symptoms that need to be treated all at once, including weakness or paralysis. Second, the connections with stroke mean that the most common migraine-targeting medications (triptans and egotamines) are not recommended.
There is good news! For one thing, new genetic research is helping us to diagnose this type of migraine more easily. Also, there are many other migraine treatments and medications that can be used, and that have been used successfully. The important thing, however, is to seek expert help as soon as possible. If you're already aware of a migraine connection, find a headache and migraine specialist if at all possible. If you're not sure, make sure you see a doctor so that she can rule out other severe problems, such as stroke. If you seek help right away, you can avoid serious problems.
