Once identified, the body components associated with your Lipotypes can be effectively supported with the necessary diet and essential nutrients. The results from this process enable you to comfortably move towards optimum health, lose the weight you want and do it with the least amount of effort (will power and discipline).
The LipoCure Process:
1. Identify and understand the applicable Lipotypes.
2. Follow the dietary recommendations as closely as possible.
3. Take the recommended supplements every morning and evening.
4. Allow the body to progress on its own.
5. Recognize the key markers along the way.
6. Use the energy of intent instead of will power and effort.
Basic Dietary Guidelines: certain dietary guidelines apply to all stages of supporting the best results of the system.
1. Organic is best. This applies to all fruits and vegetables.
2. Hormone and additive free meats.
3. Limit grains to rice, spelt products, and quinoa.
4. Drink water if you are thirsty. Do not force water consumption because dehydration can develop. The main indicator is the frequency of bathroom trips. If you urinate within fifteen to thirty minutes of drinking water you are probably electrolyte dehydrated.
4. Avoid soy, nuts, wheat, barley and rye.
5. Avoid milk fats (cheese, butter and whole milk).
6. Avoid all foods that contain preservatives, additives, mono and di-glycerides, hydrogenated oils, refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, colas, soft drinks.
Stages of the LipoCure System:
First Stage: Building Reserve Fat (3 Weeks)
Second Stage: Resolving Organ and Gland Deficiencies (3 Weeks)
Third Stage: Resetting Metabolism (4 Weeks). The Third Stage resets your setpoint and recalculates your program if there is a fixed set-point taking longer to resolve. A fixed set-point states there is a certain amount of calories you must consume every day. This calorie amount is usually below what is required to lose the weight you need to lose. A fixed set-point prevents you from ever reaching your ideal weight and must be treated with more advanced supplementation. We may also recommend a longer term program at this stage.
Maintenance:
1. Diet Guidelines: Once you have reached the Maintenance Stage you have reset your Set-Point to a higher value enabling you to eat a normal amount of calories without ever gaining. The basic guidelines for eating still apply. Eat organic, eat sensibly, eat as natural as possible, avoid refined and processed foods and avoid caffeine as much as possible.
