Hypnosis is a mental state (state theory) or set of attitudes and beliefs (non-state theory) usually induced by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction, which is commonly composed of a long series of preliminary instructions and suggestions. Hypnotic suggestions may be delivered by a hypnotist in the presence of the subject, or may be self-administered ("self-suggestion" or "autosuggestion"). The use of hypnotism for therapeutic purposes is referred to as "hypnotherapy".
What do you think is the secret of successful self-hypnosis?
Only seven, that's 7, percent of the verbal communication is in the words.
A full thirty-eight, that's 38, percent are in the tonality (the message is delivered).
You can say the meanest things to your dog, but if the tone is pleasing to it, why, your pet pooch will be all over you.
And you're more like your pet pooch listening to audio CDs than you think. After all, you're usually wide open to hearing everything that's in the message. You want to hear something relevant to you, to get direction you don't always find for yourself, or don't know about. And, in a way, to have your belly rubbed, or at least to feel that you're being relaxed and/or soothed and stroked by the experience.
The other fifty-five percent of the verbal message is in the intention and presence of the speaker, the quality of the energy and the human being behind the energy that's being delivered to you.
But here's the BIG secret. It's what you say to yourself that's the most important variable. And the state you're in when you say it. You have to ant it and mean it. Does that mean you have to be parroting phrases and words? Absolutely not. The quiet, still small voice with barely a muscle movement is the real deal; the still small voice inside you. Otherwise you may be analyzing, criticizing, trying so hard to get it and so on, that your deepest self, the you that does the real learning, can miss the whole thing, the ideas and feelings that are especially right for you.
Now, wouldn't it be good if someone with a lot of experience, an incredibly wide and deep background in human relations and a voice that's so true and centered, doing this work?
Oscar Gillespie, the owner of OscarsVoice.com is raising the bar in the field of self hypnosis. With over twenty-five years in the psychotherapy and self-development field, and teaching all over the United States. One can imagine the amount of experience in this particular field. He also made the very first audio CD for Mehmet Oz's Cardiac Surgery, and the Hypnosis entry for the The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Body/Mind Disciplines. Not to mention he was on Oprah, Donahue, McNeil-Lehrer and most of the national radio shows.
Now include a music background and a Ph.D. in Psychobiology, studying the frontal loves of the brain, and he knows what music can and cannot do your brain, and your mind.
Why does OscarsVoice hypnosis MP3s work so well?
Much of what's out there really has little or no power at all. Perhaps there's some useful information, but so often, no real power to effect change.
Many of the OscarsVoice MP3s come with brain synchronizing music and beat tracks which naturally move you towards alpha and theta wave balancing. Others have custom tracks from established musicians, that match the material seamlessly. And there's beautiful artwork, so the whole productions come together like Feng shui.
